Is there parking available at the boutique?

Our postcode will take you to Cheadle High Street, this is a one way street. There is a car park that is a 2 minute walk from the High Street. The car park is located at Tape Street ST10 1BB.

Do I need an appointment to try on wedding dresses?

Yes, we recommend booking an appointment to ensure you receive one to one personalised attention. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability.

How far in advance should I shop for my wedding dress?

Ideally, brides should begin shopping 9–12 months before their wedding date. This allows enough time for ordering, delivery, and alterations.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Bring nude undergarments, a strapless bra (if desired), inspiration photos, and any accessories you’d like to try with your gown.

How long does a bridal appointment last?

Our appointments last 90 minutes for a bridal consultant appointment.

How many guests can I bring?

We kindly ask that you bring a maximum of 3 guests per appointment to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience when choosing your gown.

What is the price range of your wedding dresses?

Our wedding gowns typically range from £1000 to £3,000. Please contact us for specific designer pricing.

Do you carry plus-size wedding dresses?

Yes, we offer a selection of plus-size sample gowns and can order dresses in a range of sizes.

Can I purchase a dress off the rack?

Yes, select gowns are available for immediate purchase from our sample collection, making them ideal for brides with shorter timelines.

How long does it take for a dress to arrive after ordering?

Most special-order gowns arrive within 4–6 months, depending on the designer. Rush options may be available for certain styles at an additional cost.

Do you offer alterations?

We offer a referral for professional alterations to help ensure the perfect fit. Alteration fees are typically separate from the cost of the gown.

What is your payment policy?

A 50% deposit is required when placing an order, with the remaining balance due before collection.

Can I cancel or return my wedding dress?

Because wedding gowns are typically made-to-order, all sales are generally final. Please review our terms and conditions before placing your order.

Do you sell bridal accessories?

Yes, we stock veils by Richard Designs. Our headpieces and jewellery are from Ivory & Co, to complete your wedding-day look.

What if my wedding date is soon?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We can discuss rush-order options and show you gowns available for immediate purchase.
